Pop up appears whenever using string in c++ in sublime

I am facing the exact same issue with sublime and using mingw compiler. Where do i have to paste that code.

go to tools
Build System and then new build system
and place this code .

It says no build system

Even i am having the same error… just the file if different… and this happens only with strings… Please help…!

Its not working too after I typed the code… its not compiling… Before compilation was successful… Only while running that happened… i tried in command line too and it shows the same error…I didn’t try clang though…
