Paste Board in Sublime Text?

Does Sublime Text have a paste board feature ? Im not talking about the CTRL+K, paste board history but the feature like what Notetab Pro has.

In Notetab Pro you select the menu option and the current document starts to suck up everything thats copied into the clipboard even from websites and other apps.

If not is there a plug in / package ?

I use qcopy:

Does what do you want to. It also save the images, files, etc you copy.
