Package Control does not display options

I have my sublime text 3 activated with the license that I bought, I installed several extensions for php and laravel, but when I install the theme guna, package control no longer shows me the options as example install package, it does not display any option, of course I also change my aspect I suppose for the guna theme, but something was unconfigured. How can I solve that? Why do I need to continue installing extensions?

Check the Preferences > Settings view to see if any packages have been disabled.

Thanks for answering, I tell you that all those options are disabled. From the settings option to the included theme they are disabled.
