Hi all. I use ST3 for prose and for coding. In prose, I often run into a problem with line breaks in word-wrapped paragraphs containing markup such as “_ablative_”.
When that and similar words appear at right-margin line breaks, ST3 often breaks the line between the first underscore and the word, making it difficult to know whether there is a blank between the punctuation and the text. Worse, the cursor is sometimes confusingly positioned at one end of a line while insertions are made at the other end. A welcome improvement would keep words like the foregoing together, in which case the cursor oddity might too be fixed.
This was reported in 2012 and 2013 for ST2, but persists in ST3. Will ST4 fix this issue? Or might it be considered for a future upgrade? Thanks.
