Not received Licence for Sublime Text and Sublime Merge

Hi folks,

Purchased the combo of Sublime Text and Sublime Merge, paid via PayPal. I’ve received confirmation of payment from PayPal, but I’ve received nothing with regards to receipts/licences for either application.

I’ve tried retrieving my licence via the web interface and have only received my previous licence key, purchased back in 2018.

Given the combined cost of the two applications, I was wondering if there is some kind of delay in delivering the licence keys, or if there is some way to maybe check and see if I messed up my contact details when placing the order (though I’m pretty confident that this isn’t the case).

I did try contacting the sales email address earlier today but, thus far, have heard nothing back, prompting my post here.

I have the same problem. Contacted sales and support emails but no reply from them yet. Would be great to have this sorted. I really like sublime and don’t want to go over dispute and refund…

I paid for renewal for Sublime Text only via PayPal. Got confirmation from PayPal but no email with the new licence. Licence retrieval tool shows either Server Error or sends old licence.

I suggest contacting sales@sublimetext.com. It may take ~2 working days to get a response. If you still haven’t received a response by then I can follow that up for you.
