Would it be possible to buy a copy/license of Sublime Text 3 with a monthly payment rate? I can’t afford 80 USD at one time, it’s about one 13th of my monthly income and I guess this is quite high.
Could you offer an option like this? Please let me know.

You would have to email sales@sublimetext.com to see about something like that; nobody on the forum can answer that (except the devs, who will tell you to email sales 
).

You can use the unlicensed version until you have saved all the money to buy the license. I’m sure ST’s developers would be fine with this.
