LatexTools: Handle auxiliary files

Hello,

I recently discovered this amazing editor and the LatexTools plugin and am already loving it. However I have an issue with the lack of support for handling auxiliary files generated by the compilation through the build script.

I have tried adding both the “-c” and the “-aux-directory” switch to the texify command in the LaTeX.sublime-build file (as I use Win7/MikTex) to no avail.
Currently I rely on a crude batch file to clean up after my latex compilation, but I would really like to either be able to place my various auxiliary files in a different directory or have them simple removed all together post-compilation.

Any advice on the issue is greatly appreciated.

The original question (which has since been edited numerous times) was the beginning of my ongoing quest to deal with the LaTeX auxiliary files using TexLive (MacTeX) on OSX (Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion) with Sublime Text 2.
