There is a feature called Snippet Pipes in e-texteditor (which is a dead project, not sure if there are any people heard of it). It’s a very powerful feature and it can make the snippets almost do anything you want. Below is an introduction on the e-texteditor website (already dead, I saved it on my disk several years ago). I want to if sublimetext can add this feature. Please consider it and I’m sure it will be a fantastic add-on for sublimetext.
Is it possible to add this snippet feature?

Although currently not possible, you can do something similar if you already know the possible completions. Compare:

Is this possible to be implemented as a plugin? I don’t have any experience with it however I’ll be glad to do some investigation if it’s possible to implement this way.
