I get an indentation error whenever I run python programmes written in Sublime text3. But whenever I open that file with notepad++ and then save it and run the prog. the error is gone. I have had set the indentation in notepad++ to 4 spaces. Any way that I may replicate that practice in sublime text3?

You might be using different indetation (also called mixed indentation) because your ST is configured to insert tab characters and not spaces. Check your settings (and the per-view settings in the status bar).
