I’ve been reading about using multiple cursor in ST3 (On a Mac). I am still unable to insert text on multiple lines. I’m using Vintage mode and VintageEX if that’s a factor.
Can someone explain to me how I would insert all of the
tags below using multiple cursors?

I was actually able to accomplish this by holding the command button, then clicking where I wanted cursors, then entering the text. Not exactly how I wanted to accomplish this. But it works! Very cool.
You can also add selections via ctrl+shift+up and ctrl+shift+down. If you want to insert different stuff at each caret (as your example suggests) you may be interested in MultiEditUtils with selection fields.
There is also some documentation on this here, but it doesn’t use macOS bindings (and could use an overhaul).
