In dreamweaver we can wrap any text with tag + attributes using CTRL+T (Windows) How to do same in Sublime text 2?
Try alt+shift+w then type the tag and attributes you want to wrap with.
Or, hit ctrl+alt+p to bring up the command palette and type "wrap" doing this will also show you the key binding if it's different.
Just wanted to say thanks, didn't know this was there - but very handy!
