Apple Silicon Native Build

This seems very unlikely; a porting effort is already well underway for ST4 (regarding builds that run on ARM64) and the devs have mentioned in the past that there isn’t really an intention to add anything further to existing ST3 builds outside of the area of things that stop it from running (a stated example of such being code signing changes). As OdatNurd stated, we’ve already got ARM64 builds for ST4 on Linux. That gives us a good starting point for porting ST4 to ARM64 for macOS once we get the hardware. We won’t be backporting the changes required for ARM64 to ST3 so there won’t be an ARM64 release of ST3.
