Force-quit ST3 and it will reopen windows on launch, ignoring settings

When I force-quit ST3 (this is on Mac), it’s because a search or huge file was causing it to eat up system resources. When I reopen ST3, it ignores my settings (“hot_exit”: false, “remember_open_files”: false) and reopens everything, putting me right back in the same situation. There should be an option to never reopen previous windows even if ST3 thinks it’s being helpful by restoring after a crash.

As a temp fix, you can move/delete your sessions in ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Local before restarting Sublime.
