Farsi text support

Hello there people,
Is there any way I could try and possibly add farsi language support to Sublime Text? I guess it should be through plugins as the source code for Sublime Text is proprietary, is that right? What do you suggest?

I am looking forward to hear your technical opinion on how best I can help with adding support for this feature.

RTL Languages like (Farsi, Arabic) won't display correctly

Sublimetext can not display Right To Left Languages correctly. I really need this feature and I think other people needs it too. Thanks
