I am using Sublime Text 3 on Windows 7 64bit. The editor is inserting a 0x7f character randomly. It’s hard to see when this insertion takes place, but I managed to see it doing so when clicking the mouse in one of the two panels I was working on. Unfortunately I cannot repeat this behavior. I am not using ctrl-backspace as the other similar topic reports. I purchased a license for Sublime Text 3 and I don’t think it is related to the Purchase License dialog box. Older versions of Sublime Text 3 I was working on did not have this bug.

The character 0x7f seems to be inserted when switching to the editor from another application and using the mouse scroll wheel. But again only randomly.

I read the issue but it is not similar to my case. I am pretty sure that the insertion of the erroneous character is related to the mouse and not copy/paste action.
