spadgos: It’s working fine for me. Do you have any customised key bindings on tab?

Using title case on windows xp, latest sublime, text becomes:

Asd Asd as Das a Asd Aswefewf we Fwe Fwe Fwe F
Using suggested fix becomes:

Asd Asd As Das A Asd Aswefewf We Fwe Fwe Fwe F
