Dark window top bar according current theme on Windows 10

Hi,

I wish to see Sublime Text and Sublime Merge pick up the theme color for window title bar on Windows 10

This has been a feature request for sometime now. Sadly, Windows provide much support for Win32 apps to inherit the Windows current theme. From my understanding it would take some major re-writing, and at this point, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze when there is more functional changes that would be more beneficial
