Dear Support,
I have my License Key and want to activate Sublime Text.
I do not know where the “Help” tab is located to continue to
“Enter License”. And please don’t tell me to go to the black
tag bar, because the “HELP” tab isn’t there. Thanks>

I had the same problem on build 3103, running on Linux. I updated my Fedora Linux version and after that, Sublime Text 3 somehow didn’t remember my license key. Help->Enter License key caused a total freeze for the app.
I decided to rename the license file in my home directory (~/.config/sublime-text-3/Local/License.sublime_license) to some other name, and then it worked, letting me enter the key again without freezing up.
