Colorsublime themes messing up after update

Hello,
Since the update of sublime text 3 from September 2017, themes look messed up, the tabs and scroll bar, for example, have are yellow/orange filled with vertical red lines, making the tabs almost impossible to see separately, and they can’t be closed either. This affected the default themes as well as my custom themes.

Can someone provide help? is this a known bug, or have I possibly done the update incorrectly?

it is indeed the issue i’m talking about, but id there a way to repair my custom made themes then? or a website/application where i can remake them?

Unfortunately, there is no such tool. If you have custom made themes, you can only manually review them according to ST Theme Docs. Optionally you can try my theme, it gives you enough options to create your custom one.
