Color scheme for file type

Hi how can i settup same color scheme for .latte file same as for .php or .phtml files

What do you mean when you say “scheme” here?

Do you mean you want a .conf file to work the same as a file of some other type of file as well? If so, open a .conf file, then select View > Syntax > Open all with current extension as... and pick the type of file you want it to be treated as.

View -> Syntax -> Open all with current extension as… ->[your syntax choice].
