Can't figure out how to install plugins on MacOS (sublimetext 4)

Installed Sublimetext 4 (build 4113) and latest MacOS and can’t install any plugins.

Preferences -> Package controll opens a "Package Control: " with an empty list of options.

How to install/use package control on version 4?

Sorry for the newbie question, but I couldn’t figure it out.

I installed Package Control on a “fresh” install on my OS X 11.0 MacBook Pro (I deleted the folder in /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3) After install, none of the package control options are available in the command menu (Cmd+Shift+P). Followed the instructions and now it works fine.
