I know you can change the scheme, but I mean can I set error, warning etc with different color like in gnome?
someone got idea for this?

You can download the Theme - Kronuz which implemented highlight for the Sublime Text console. You can look into how it did added support to syntax highlight on the Sublime Text console, then you can write you own syntax and color scheme for your Sublime Text console:
