My company’s antivirus (Symantec endpoint protection) has flagged build 3143 as infected. As such I’m unable to install. Nothing that you can do, but figured someone would like to know.

Most likely because the program is literally a few hours old and nobody else has installed it, making your AV software go crazy about it.
