[BUG] Global config "mouse_wheel_switches_tabs"

Hi,

Using last build (2083), linux 32 bits version.

Although “mouse_wheel_switches_tabs” is set to “false” in the Default/Global.sublime-settings, SublimeText seems to not take it in account.

But if I copy/paste the line in my User/Global.sublime-settings … it works.
