Original author of SideBarEnhancements is against semantic versioning (and opposes for date tagged releases), therefore removes package from Package Control. Package get forked by another user, semver is added and pull request sent to @wbond Package Control. This starts real anger from original author because he claims that noone can distribute his code (which is not true, because he used GPL license).
