Auto Complete XML Error

When I type <xml and tab.
It’s auto complete to

<<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

There’s a residual < at the start of the line.

so just type xml Tab instead :wink:

but when I use Emmet, xml Tab => <xml></xml>
