Auto-complete box settings for width and font size

Is it possible to change window width and/or font size in auto-complete box?
I get extremely long function name sometimes with SublimeClang plugin…

Is it still not possible to change the auto complete font-size? I looked into the ST3 theming rules and tried a lot today, but I was not able to change the auto-complete font-size.

Any news / new plans on this, dear devs? (=
