Main site its not working for me also, but other links like https://www.sublimetext.com/3 work.

Same. I purchased a copy, and when PayPal kicked me back to the site, I get a 500 error (and no way to get my license).

when the license key retrieval page comes back online, give it a try: https://www.sublimetext.com/retrieve_key
