Probably worth noting here for future generations that 32-bit support is being dropped in ST4, which is why the links aren’t available on the download page. The fact that there are builds is probably an artifact of the build machinery so they could go away at any point, and any issues you have related to it’s 32-bit-ness will most likely go unanswered (which is why the On your own risk comment above. )

I see. If I buy ST4, Will I have ST4 and ST3 or only ones of both?

A ST license is valid for all previous versions, though do note that newer licenses will not work on older versions of ST3. Accommodations can be made if that’s a problem.
