3099 Goto Anything not working (SOLVED)

3099 Goto Anything only works on opened files, does not include files in open folders/project.

Tested on 64bit linux build 3099.

I am unable to reproduce on Ubuntu 14.04 x64 with build 3099, or on OS X with build 3099.

After reinstalling multiple times and wiping .config folder I resolved the issue. Probably plugin related.

Deleting the C-Improved plugin fixed this same exact problem for me.
