"Open containing folder" only opens terminal in home directory

I do not know how this happened, but right-clicking “Open containing folder” only opens the terminal in the home directory.

I am not sure what I’ve done, I’d like to have the old way back of opening my file manager (Dolphin).

I completely forgot about this thread sorry! Anyway go into ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list and make sure inode/directory looks like this: inode/directory=kde4-dolphin.desktop This is on Linux Mint 15 KDE not sure if this is the same on all distros.
