Keep closed off areas locked

#1

Certain areas of text or chunks of code can be closed off from being displayed.(also by clicking the scroll arrow in the gutter )

I would like to keep these closed off areas locked till I need them again.

Is there a way to do this because after closing and reopening the file or the tab, these closed off areas are visible again.

Thank you,

Hi kingkeith,

Thanks for your response.

I’m sorry that I did not explain the problem well. What I meant is CODE FOLDING… Folded code segments do not remain folded when one opens the file again.

For instance I have a navigation 3 levels deep and unfolded it would print 3 - 4 DIN A4 pages. It is rather exasperating to every time to have to fold it and many other parts of the site when working in a particular area.

There is mention of the problem and a wishy-washy solution in the thread you sent, but that seems to deal with ST-2. I am using ST-3126. I would upgrade to the newer version, that is, if the functionality were in that.

Regards,

Buzz
