Focusing another buffer when clicking on selected text doesn't work

I’ve been wondering if this is intended, and if it is, what’s the use-case for it, since it keeps tripping me up.

This is a bug when drag_text is enabled:

Issue: Clicking the document when Find/Replace toolbar is active doesn't move the cursor there

I also find it super annoying
