File icons on Mac

Hi,
as you can see, I don’t have any icon associated with files other than .css in finder on Mac

Does anyone have any idea on what might be causing this?
I am using latest ST on OS X El Capitan, and on Windows all these files have sublime icons but not on Mac.
As for the .scss files, I also tried following suggestions from this thread: Editing associated filetypes in Plist.info won't work including placing the SASS block on top of the array but it didn’t work either.
