Crashing, Error: "Expected value...\PHP.sublime-settings:1:1

Hi guys!

I just installed my lovely Sublime Text 3 on my newly booted computer.
I was installing my packages and themes. I began to tweak one of the color schemes (i wanted php background-color) so i googled and tried some copy-paste in the .tmTheme.

I did not face any succes so as a good programmer do when we are not quite sure of what were doing, I did some more copy-paste.
Suddenly I faced a crash when i hit CRTL+S in the .tmTheme

When i try to open the program i get this error msg:

After that i get:

I tried to uninstall, reboot and install a couple of times but that darn message doesnt go away!
Now I feel a litle sad inside when I cant use my lovely Sublime Text 3 (ofc with a license).

So here I put my fate in your hands and wish that you will be able to help me.

I finaly solved the issue!

I really need my Sublime Text 3. Since i did get verry litle help here I tried to dig deeper on my own.

I searched my way thru the computer. Finaly looked into C:\Users"username"
There i found hidden folder “AppData”
I went thru local with no success.
Then i tried \Roaming and found some interesting things:

C:\Users"username"\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Packages\User
There i found my messed up JSON.sublime-settings:1:1 and PHP.sublime-settings:1:1

And by this older post Error code when i open up sublime text
I tried to empty the two files, filed them with ] and then voila my Sublime Text 3 finaly works properly again so my life now can carry on…

Hope that this could help somebody with the same issue.
