You could open a issue on the GitHub issue tracker for Sublime Text:
and on the Colour Scheme: Monokai Extended Bright issue tracker, perhaps the theme maintainer can fix it by fixing some colors scopes. I am not sure what color scopes does the Arithmetic phantom is using. Perhaps it is using some wrong colors or the Colour Scheme: Monokai Extended Bright is defining some color wrong.
