Adding DIV class or id closing name - <!-- closing content div //--> automatically

Greetings:

I’ve watch Brad Schiff using Sublime where as he’s creating a DIV say with a class or id of “wrapper.” Sublime then automatically and magically adds the closing tag with notation of the closing tag’s class or id - .

Is this a snippet Brad created or an Emmet plugin?

This inquiring and aspiring old timer would like to know.

@Serge.che: thanks for this. I was always pissed of about how default comments are added, therefore i never used them Short correction about the setting: "filter.commentAfter" : "<!-- /<%= attr(\"id\", \"#\") %><%= attr(\"class\", \".\") %> -->" (quotes should be escaped)

Sounds like what I’m looking for now just how is it implemented into Sublime, being a Newb I don’t understand how it is used. Where?
